With the extent of economic globalization becoming more and more deeply, themultinational step of China's corporations becomes more and more quickened. As animportant component of China's economy, private companies will go onto theinternationalization road consequentially. In this process, cross-culture conflict led bycross-culture difference will turn out to be the core problem to these entrepreneurs.Because of all the reasons above, it shows a considerable importance to do some researchon cross-culture management in China's private companies.There are five parts in this paper. In the first part, there is some brief introduction tosocial culture and corporation culture;In the second part, cross-culture differences andtheir levels are introduced;The third part discusses the cause of formation, the modalityand influence of cross-culture conflict;The forth part is the most important part of thisarticle, it emphasizes on cross-culture management in China's private company andintroduces the signification and task of cross-culture management, the internationalizationstrategy of China's private company and its present status, the main problems and thecountermeasures. In the end of this part, there is a case study of Huawei Tech Ltd.;The lastpart gives out the conclusion and some enlightenment.
