With the integration of the global economy and the development of China, more andmore Chinese enterprises begin to run their business beyond the national boundaries.Extraordinarily different from the counterparts of developed countries, which takeadvantage of their already possessed monopoly at some aspects in theirinternationalization courses, the target of those enterprises from developing countriesis to get the core competence which is necessary for their future development in theindustry, and be more competitive. There are several modes that can be used to enterinternational markets, such as the mode of trade, contract and investment. Each onehas advantages and disadvantages. In this thesis, based on the analysis of the modes'different character, emphasis will be put on what kind of modes will be fit for Chineseenterprises in their different strategy orientation, which has been named asmarket-oriented, technique-oriented and resource-oriented. Together with thetheoretical analysis, the case will be mentioned of what modes BOE, a native monitormanufacturer takes to meet its strategy arrangement. In the end, several suggestionswill be proposed as to what measures the government can take to help Chineseenterprises become more successful in their internationalization courses.
