China's State-owned Enterprises Improve Internal Oversight Mechanisms

This article focused on internal supervisory system of Chinese company. Firstly, the author discussed the urgency and the need for internalsupervisory system in Chinese corporate governance. In a comparativeanalysis of the three typical internal supervisory mechanisms, the articleanalyzed the current status of internal supervisory system in Chinese company.Finally, the author put forward suggestions on how to improve internalsupervisory system of Chinese company.
