JIT, Just-in-time, represents not only integration of modern productionmethods and tools, but also bran-new enterprise culture. The thesis took EScompany as research subject, discovered by JIT-based production model, how tobuild up scientific and modern performance system which is helpful of creatingpersistent promoted enterprise culture, forming team-spirit atmosphere, buildingup independent, innovative, responsible high-performance team, so that wouldeffectively backup JIT production system, implement enterprise strategyobjective.The thesis focusing on performance management research of printingproduction system based on JIT, divided into four parts. The first part describedresearch significance, content and methods, characterized principles ofperformance management and JIT theory;The second part brought forwardproblems, firstly introduced ES company basic information and also currentchallenge in performance management;The third part probed into departmentperformance evaluation indicator system and employee performance evaluationindicator system in ES production system;The forth part pictured performancemanagement procedures and combination with performance salary, training andcareer development. The thesis analyzed and demonstrated performancemanagement system from two respects of theory and practice, it amalgamatedwith MBO, BSC, KPI and JIT principles, was established in current performancestatus of printing industry, advanced systematic solution proposal forperformance management, looked forward to having use for reference to theother printing enterprises. |
