On The Red Triangle Regional Cooperation

On the basis of rethinking the arguments of promoting regional economy by developing market or adjusting administration districts, the article suggests the governmental cooperation in the Red Triangle Economic Delta.The realistic barriers of governmental cooperation exist in ideas, systems including regional protection, governmental malfunctions, cadre's performance evaluation and the lack of mechanisms including related laws, encouragement, regional information exchange platform.The models of cooperation mechanism should be set by means of cooperation institution, reasonable organization establishment and scientific motivate mechanism.Government is the most important force to promote regional cooperation. In the Red Triangle Economic Delta, the author put forwards the practical suggestions for cooperation from different ways such as coordination organization, cadre's performance evaluation system, regional interest system, information exchange, cooperation and guarantee system and preferential cooperation fields.
