Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is a thought and method regarding customers as the center of enterprise . By the interaction of customers, enterprise attains the loyalty of the old customer and the entering of new customer. The enterprise cut down cost, promote validity of channel communicating with customer , and increase the customer's loyalty for enterprise.From the market of the thin rolled sheet of lian yuan iron and steel company, and analysis of the present condition and development trend of the domestic and international steel profession, the paper brings up the study of the management of customer relationship of lian yuan iron and steel company. It is important to the further enhance of the management of customer relationship of lian yuan iron and steel company.Eventually, on the base of analyzing target market and position of product of lian yuan iron and steel company, the paper puts extremely forward the value of customer.
