Highway Construction Project Accounts System

In this paper ,based on the experience of the final accounting jobs,and the method of authorizing ,the system of the final accounting ,try to find out the reasons why it is so difficult to finish the final accounting,according to analyzing the system of project budgetary estimate,the number listing of the highway building ,the programme of the highway building ,the manage system of the financial account,to establishe an efficient system to finishe the work of final accouting.First through studing the method of authorizing final accouting ,analyzing hard to find the flow of the information ,find out the key difficult ,in order to solve these problem,we study there aspect followed:1.contents and the method of the budgetary estimate ,the relationship of the budgetary and the final accouting,and the difference og them.2.the number listing of highway building,how to produce the listing,the ralationship of the listing and the budgetary estimate.3.the sysytem of the financial management about the highway building and how to realize the consistence to the account and the budgetary estamiate.At last according the reasons being found ,we set to establish the system ,set up the ralationship in the budgetary ,final accounting,and the listing ,the flow of infamation is fluent.
