A Systematic And Optimal Research On The Comprehensive Budget Management Of Z Company

Improving comprehensive budget management can effectively promote the development of enterprise and make the enterprise budget management more scientific and reasonable,which has far-reaching value for the development of the whole economic market.With the deepening of "the Belt and Road Initiative",there is a broad prospect for the development of construction enterprises.At the same time,however,the competition level in the market will be more serious.The construction enterprises should constantly improve their own comprehensive budget management system,so as to improve their operation state and enhance their self-competitiveness.With the adoption of the methodology of literature research,field research and specific topic study,this thesis aims to optimize the comprehensive budget management system of Z company.The amount of work has been done on the reading of the academic literature on comprehensive budget management,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.During the field research,it is found that some problems shave existed in the comprehensive budget management of Z company.By adopting the methodology of specific topic study,this thesis reconstructs the environmental system,circulatory system and security system of Z company and establishes a more consummate comprehensive budget management system with the strategy as its orientation,economic value added(EVA)as its core and cash flow as its mainline.This thesis provides a reference for the improvement of Z company's comprehensive budget management system,which has a directive significance for guiding the enterprises to achieve their comprehensive budget management.Meanwhile,under the current economic situation,this thesis has lessons for the similar construction enterprises to improve the level of their comprehensive budget management and enhance their competitiveness.
