| Based on theory of informatization and marketing channel, access of reference material, cases tracking of Dell sale and customers service, interviewing of Dell district sale manager, the author unveils the Dell direct mode, information technology and its key role in the mode, revealing how information technology plays in the mode and how the orderliness and trend that such mode seem to connote so as to offer an analysis and prediction to the varying tendency, and then put forward his proposals to informatization of marketing management for China's enterprises according to Dell practice and experience. |
