In a short period, he got a rapid increase, and it affected his human resource management style deeply. Till now, human resource management of iSoftStone is not only the duty of HR department, but also portion of duty of deliver department, and deliver department come to play a more important role in human resource management.Based on the systematical analysis of the current state and future trend and the adequate consideration of the development strategy of the company, HR department fulfill position analysis instructed by the management team, they constitute new job description, job qualification, performance index and payment factors.iSoftStone takes software outsourcing service and technical service as the overall strategy and implements a tactics of "start from domestic market and move step by step to oversea market" , which leverages software service outsourcing to Koreas as a breakthrough. At the time of job analysis, iSoftStone put language and cultural ability as critical factors; it defines the qualifications for outsourcing positions in adequate consideration of the essentials for the outsourcing personnel.iSoftStone adopts differentiation strategy in software market; the principle strategy determines the recruiting principle and methodology. As the fact that the company keeps a rapid growth and shows high demands for qualified resources, the human resources supply mainly relies on recruitment from outside and is supplemented with internal training and position switching.Human resource strategy of iSoftStone includes human resource developing, training, job assignment and retaining. The four elements have stick relationship; iSoftStone is making full use of the four elements to create a good working environment for employs.
