This thesis is about the development strategries of Shanghai QX Plastic Products Co., Ltd.(QX), a typical privately owned manufacturer which has self-supporting imports and exports rights.Firstly, this thesis talks about the background of QX and the current main problems which QX meets at presentSecondly, the thesis analyzes the extremal macro-environment, trade environment and internal detailed resource of company. While talking about the internal resource analysis, I touch upon the internal organizations, human rescources, products structure, marketing power, managerial status and financing power. As the above analysis, I summarize the strengths, the weaknesses, the possible opportunities for QX and the threats QX will probably face.Thirdly, in order to establish the nucleus competitive advantage of QX, the thesis brings forward every increasing value courses by value-chain theory.At last, to overcome the difficulties and realize growth, the thesis puts forward the following detailed development strategies,(1) The feasibility analysis of back integration strategy for QX(2) Diversification management strategy for QX(3) Strengthen finance management, extend financing channel(4) Strengthen innovation power, establish the owned brand(5) Improve management system, reach the requirements of international market(6) Strengthen human resources management, improve the employee's diathesisAll the above are the strong guarantee for making nucleus competitive advantage of QX.
