After China joined WTO, the opening of logistics business, express delivery business to the foreign enterprises progressively makes China's postal enterprise facing double pressure of fierce economic globalization market competition and the mechanism reform. The main purpose of the dissertation is to analyze and consider China post various kinds of own interior resources and external conditions under the situations of the economic globalization and information technology with rapidly change ,to pursue technology actively, management and system innovation , to make great efforts to carry on the information-based transformations of enterprises , to modernize the transmitting system of postal material object, to construct the key competitiveness of postal enterprisesOn the basis of analyzing the key competitiveness characteristic, cultivation way and marketing environmental of the postal business, this paper analyses the postal interior resource, external environment condition strategically, also analyses one's own advantage and disadvantage. This paper focuses on analyzing the business that China postal enterprise multidimensional management involved in, marketing environment, and then draw a conclusion as following: for the multidimensional enterprises, it is a little bit bias that for developing advantage business and promoting key competitiveness of enterprise, postal enterprise makes strategic business units by income increase rate of single business or market scale level of single business. Because the former has not considered whether the input of the business can bring the lasting repayment to enterprise, the latter has not considered competition advantage of enterprise can strengthen among new market. In this paper, the writer starts with analyzing the postal enterprise's marketing environment, and then sets a standard of angible relevancy that realized the basic value chain of enterprisest, a standard of strengthening the competition advantage of enterprises; at last the writer draws a conclusion that what is the key competitiveness of postal enterprises.
