From this analysis, we can realize a counter-consideration about the construction of the core competence of the private-owned enterprises in Nanjing.This thesis believes that the private-owned enterprises should speed up the construction of study device and innovation system. Through the inner nurturing strategy and outward exchange strategy, we should first reconstruct the property rights of the enterprises. Secondly, in the aspect of method choice of the nurturing core competence, the private-owned enterprises in Nanjing should strengthen the strategic, systematic, technologic innovation and make reforms on their organization, culture, resource and also capital managements. The environment of media, policy, legal and market is the necessary supporting system for the forming of the core competence. Therefore the government of Nanjing city should further perfect the policy and legal system, form the ration of service thus promote the development of the private-owned enterprises in Nanjing. Under the auspice of the sound and relaxed environmental conditions, the enterprises can finally form a core competence through studying and innovation and through the higher degree of the integration of the enterprise's knowledge and recourses.
