In era of knowledge-driven economy, the work is the more provisional, and the staffs loyalty is generally reduced. The team-based organizational structure is in great expectations, and the organizational form is being transformed from the pyramidal centralization organization in the industrial society to the network knowledge organization in the knowledge society. Knowledge is regarded as the key source of continuously competitive advantage by many enterprises. Under this background, through the technical support and motivating mechanism such as information system and stock option and well-designed organizational culture, the overall knowledge sharing in team can dig the inherent knowledge, guide the knowledge innovation, realize knowledge sharing, and finally improve the competitiveness of enterprises to make the enterprises grow up continuously by effective application to the shared knowledge.The effective knowledge sharing system needs two relative processes combinetogether organically to form a strong system, which are knowledge management-transferring knowledge between the staff in the same period (namely between theincumbent staff) and continuity management------transferring knowledge between thestaff in the different period (namely between the incumbent staff and the successor).According to the knowledge taker, the task nature and the knowledge type, knowledge management can be divided into five types, that is, serial transfer, near transfer, far transfer, strategic transfer and expert transfer, every kind needs different factors to make successful transfer. In practice, these five types are usually used to cooperate with each other, because the enterprises are not engaged in a certain single task and various kinds of knowledge may not be distinguished very clearly. Thus knowledge can be transferred smoothly between and within teams in order to prevent the knowledge loss from waste and bad performance.The continuity management is the abbreviation of continuity knowledge management, which is a kind of method to transfer essential knowledge from persons who will soon resign, expire or retire to their successors. It has six steps of implementing mainly, that is, knowledge continuity assessment, confirmation of goal and range, establishment of responsibility in coordination, plan of implementation, establishment of transfer methods and transfer of essential knowledge.The enterprise establishes cross-term knowledge matrix form of development with the combination of the static knowledge transfer between the staff in the same period and the dynamic knowledge transfer between the staff in the different period, and then makes the knowledge large and strong progressively, thus obtains continuous competitive advantage.The organizational culture is need to conform with the knowledge sharing.namely it must be a culture based on people's sufficient liberation and all-round development and takes on knowledge's production and use as its main content. Meanwhile, the enterprise needs to establish the learning organization based on its own reality in order to make -he implementation of knowledge sharing smoothly. In addition, the staff can be glad to create knowledge, share knowledge and use knowledge through a good motivating system.According to the information technology, the enterprise's information structure is based on the knowledge sharing to realize the transfer in form of information. Thus the informational knowledge can offer support for knowledge's self-enrichment, set up the knowledge-refreshing network, and offer support in the policy-making for the knowledge production division.
