| In the 21 st century, with global retail enterprise scale expansion, competition intensifies, many retailers are pay more attention on project global sourcing, purchasing project management is further mutual integration with enterprise all business processes, through the project procurement management supports enterprise to reduce project purchasing costs, improving project procurement efficiency, with promoting purchasing environment as Fair, Integrity, Open period, improving project purchasing management level and increasing benefits.Firstly, the article summarized M company’s procurement management system to study, combined with relevant procurement management theoretical knowledges, through the case studies, analyzed supplier management, quality control, on-time delivery rate and cost controls, management model, management frameworks of M company’s textile procurement project. Pointed out the problems from M company’s textile procurement project, procurement model unreasonable, the weakness of design and patents, inadequate supplier management, procurement and product strategy not clear, then analyzed the reasons from those problems.Focused on dispersed procurement team, lack of communication, patent with lower cost conflict and other basic reasons, reference from international advanced retail enterprise practices, proposed a reasonable purchasing model as basic, supply chain management as method, optimized supplier management, with on-time delivery and price controls supporting methods, complying with company’s development, based on products style and design management to match on the characteristics of retail enterprise project as improvement strategies, also clarified different procurement models is better than a dispersive model. Meanwhile using the improvement project procurement management methods to the operation of M company, improving the procurement efficiency of textile project, resolved supplier management and design patent weakness. |
