New generation employees are new forces of labor market in our country, which was born in the 80 s and 90 s new generation employees born in a relatively open era background, make their values has some characteristics, such values will affect the work values.Emotional labor as independent of the physical labor of mental work a third form of labor is increasingly attracting the attention of the researchers.This article explores the classification of the new generation of employees work values, and work values as an inner measure system and explore the individuals’ choice of emotional labor strategy.Through classified Q method will be the new generation of employees work values, again through the scene experiment to explore the new generation of employees work values influence on emotional labor.Added a new generation of employees work values research on one hand, on the one hand will work values and emotional labor strategy by combining the two research fields perfected the cybernetics theory of emotional labor strategy under the framework of explanation.This study of 31 subjects through Q classification, finally discusses the four types of work values.Between work values as a set of variables, emotional labor rules as a variable in the group, emotional labor choose as a variable in the group, the design of 4(work values, between groups) X2(emotional labor rules, within the group) X3() between emotional labor strategy, set design, analyzing the data by using the method of repetitive measure analysis of variance, this paper discusses the different type of individual values change under the rules of emotional labor show differences in emotional labor strategy.Through the study of 299 subjects, the resulting values of different categories individuals under the rules of different emotional labor show will choose different strategies of emotional labor, part of the research hypothesis is confirmed.Different work values of individuals on the human resource management have different characteristics, and under the rules of different emotional labor show selection of emotional labor strategy is not the same.Finally put forward based on the values of different human resource management, as well as the differences in the emotional labor strategy on emotional labor management advice.
