Exploration And Research On Information Integration Of Chuxiong Cigarette Factory

In the information age, all the countries in the world have accelerated to promote the development and application of information technology, the competition among global enterprises informatization became more and more fierce. The rapid development of new generation of information technology are leading to a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution, and the world is on the key nodes in remodeling improvement concept and reconstruction of competitive advantage. Facing the new situation of the development of global information technology, the new requirements of the national development strategy and the new tasks of reform and development of the industry, the production factories and enterprises, the lower level in tobacco industry organizations, are sorely in need of speeding up the integration and using information technology to drive development and create digital "modern factory" on the basis of inheriting the existing achievements.Enterprises digitalized the business process such as the production process and transaction processing through information integrated management. Integrating information resources and providing information strategy service for decision makers by integrated application system to rational deploy resources, enhance the economic competitiveness of the market and obtain the biggest benefit. The study of enterprise information integration management is not only the problem of information technology, but also the problem of enterprise management strategy and management innovation. Through the analysis of the status of the current industry information integrated management, this paper revealed some of the main existing problems in the management of information technology industry. Combined with the theoretical basis of information integration management, it also expounded the strategy of combining informatization integration and innovative management of enterprise, and discussed the method to promote the innovation of enterprise management by the informatization integration applications, to promote the information integration process by management innovation to and to combine informatization integration and management innovation.This paper analyzed the development strategy of the tobacco industry informatization integration and the characteristics of informatization integration within the industry. It studied the necessity and demand of developing the informatization integration from the angle of factory production, and discussed the great significance of informatization integration from factory implementation layer. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the vertical oriented intra industry informatization integration management, the author put forward the view of implementation of reverse integration by factories within in tobacco industry. And discussed the constructing idea of reverse integration forming which is form the bottom of the information sharing system with a strong initiative.This paper analyzed the basic situation of the information application system of Chuxiong cigarette factory, and constructed the framework of the informatization integration system of Chuxiong cigarette factory and the integrated model of the with three tier architecture which is based on Web service. Through the analysis of the main supporting technologies used by application system integration, such as application platform integration based on Net development platform and data integration based on XML and web service, the paper expounded the method for Chuxiong cigarette factory to realize the informatization integrated management platform.
