Food safety has attracted much attention in recent years, the root cause of the problem lies in the lack of food quality credit of the food enterprise. At present, the food enterprise quality credit deficiency is a common phenomenon. It has seriously damaged the interests of enterprises and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. It led to people’s distrust to the food enterprises and even the related government departments. And the cost of the food business has also been greatly increased. Especially after China’s entry into WTO, China’s commodity economy has developed into the era of quality credit competition from the past price competition era and brand competition era. In such a quality of the market economy background, quality credit is the only choice for China’s food production enterprises to participate in domestic and international competition and remain invincible. Nowadays, the quality of the food enterprises is greatly hindered the healthy and rapid development of China’s market economy. The quality credit evaluation result of food production enterprises can provide authoritative information support for the food purchase decision of consumers, and urges food production enterprises to improve the internal control mechanism of safety production in accordance with the norms. What’s more, the evaluation results can also provide some reference value for the relevant government departments to manage and decision-making, which can promote the food and drug regulatory department’s work efficiency. Therefore, the quality credit evaluation of food production enterprises has a very important and practical significance.The main object of this paper is to evaluate the quality credit of food production enterprises in China. Firstly, this paper makes a statement and definition of the relevant concepts of the quality credit evaluation of food production enterprises. Then, the domestic and international research status of the enterprise quality credit evaluation and food production enterprise quality credit evaluation are summarized. And also some problems existing in the current research are discovered.Based on the analysis of the goal hierarchy method and literature method, the paper selects the related indexes initially. Through the monomer test and overall test of the initial index system, the index system is improved and finally determined,including four dimensions which are quality credit willingness, quality credit capacity, quality behavior performance and quality sustainability.Then, using the classic and the most widely used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the index. What’s more,the the close-value method, combined with the group picture fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the final evaluation value. Finally, an example is given and demonstrates the rationality and practicality of the evaluation model.
