Research On Enterprise Internal Control Based On Risk Management

It is undoubted that internal control is important for the healthy development of a corporation. Especially in the macro circumstance with relatively higher risks, a regular internal control is vital to prevent operation hazards for enterprises.In the face of complex market environment, Enterprise K focuses on the major plan of one platform and five sections, trying to establish a competitive modern agricultural corporation. Hence, establishing an inner control system based on overall risk management is the internal need for K.Firstly, briefly introduces the basic facts of the theoretical development of research on inner control and risk management in China and foreign countries. And according to analysis of the relationship between the two, then leads to the main research content and significance of this article. Secondly, Internal control system on risk is expounded based on ERM. Finally, taking K as an example, this paper introduces the internal control system of the enterprise from eight factors, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of internal control system based on risk management for K.This dissertation provides the practical exploration of establishing an inner control system based on overall risk management for K, It is not only useful to guide K to put inner control into effect, but also practical for other enterprises.
