Practices of business management shows that, the development strategy is always affected by cultural concept and value pursuit. The implementation of corporate strategy will promote and influence of corporate culture development and innovation, corporate culture play a leading role to promote the realization of corporate strategy.CZ tobacco company is a commercial enterprises in a prefecture-level city of JS province, who’s original corporate culture does not match the existing requirements of reform and development, and had brought negative impact to the development of the company, the potential ready and the employee growth. Exploration of the change method and the path, will help CZ tobacco company get the problem and the reason of cultural integration, take appropriate measures to change the culture system, values, management system,code of conduct etc, promote the coordinated development.Based on CZ tobacco company as research object, the paper reviews of the theory and function of corporate culture, organizational change and the relationship of organizational change with corporate culture change.The paper explores theory of corporate culture change, including meaning, motivation and resistance, methods and principles, reform steps, etc. The paper describe the company management and employees, based on the data obtained by questionnaire survey, analyzes the current situation of corporate culture, summarizes the existing problems of cultural management, including the cognitive biases, management systems and corporate culture system out of touch, employee satisfaction and motivation is not high,role of corporate culture is weak, the lack of systemic and long-term, etc. and analyzes the reasons behind the problem. Based on the above described, combined with the theory of corporate culture, get thinking and path of CZ tobacco company’s corporate culture change, changeal change from strategic objective assessment management, some levels of organizational restructuring, spiritual guide, to build a new pattern with" five layers concentric circle". Finally, the paper propose the protect for CZ tobacco company’s cultural change, such as superior support,determination and capability of managers and human resources systems supporting change.
