With the coming era of knowledge economy, the enterprise human resources team increasingly showing highly educated, young and diversified. Just entering the knowledge employees on the initial stage of occupation gradually become the main force, is playing an increasingly important role. Nevertheless, knowledge workers incentive satisfaction was much lower than expected, which caused the enterprise managers and scholars concerned about the stimulate problem.This study reference to previous research results, combining with our special education system. The concept of the initial stages of his career knowledge employees will be defined and gist their personality traits and incentive factors designed to motivate satisfaction survey. Contrapose the enterprise actual incentive level and existing problems at present stage, studying from the corporate culture environment, managers systemic understanding of incentive, the operation mode and knowledge staff potential development analysis of aspects and analyzes the reasons of these problem. Finally from improve the recognition of manager to incentive, and to improve the incentive content and innovation of corporate culture, put forward incentive policy suggestions for improvement to the early career knowledge staff.
