| With the increasing development of world integration process, Chinese enterprises integrated into the world economic circle with high speed development. The basic principle of "fair competition" requires global enterprises meet international standards of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system. Due to historical reasons, some enterprises respectively implemented these three management systems separately but not as a whole system, which causes the three management systems operating have been a disaster to Chinese enterprises, such as management inefficient or invalid, expensive costs in apply for certification, resource acquisition, different requirements, even mutually exclusive to each other. Under this circumstances,with poor performance in core competitiveness, Chinese enterprises, including solar energy enterprises in China, are not strong enough to compete with international enterprises. Therefore, it is very urgent to find out a solution of integrating the overall management system construction.This paper starts from the integrated management system’s standard and request, based on the summing up of present situation of the relevant system in enterprise application, comprehensively building up a integrated management system model in solar energy industry, prospecting the implementation of integrated management system in the future.The main contents of this paper include six parts:firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the research, determines the research methods, research status at home and abroad, so that readers can understand the status of the integrated management system; then, analysis the feasibility of establishing the integrated management system from the three management systems and the introduction of the theoretical basis through the analysis of the premise. After that, this paper introduces a case study object:the LJ Solar Energy Group, and prior to the implementation of the integrated management system so-called Q/E/S management are introduced; then we introduce the analysis framework of the integrated management system of construction of LJ company, and describes its construction process. Through the study of the construction of a typical case, The Q/E/S integrated management system of LJ company has the ability to be considered as a general construction of the Chinese solar energy industry solutions, and it has a strong reference value to other companies in building integrated management system. |
