With the development of logistics industry, logistics equipment as a main tool in storage and distribution system, it is necessary to improve the robustness and flexible of logistics equipment. A new type of automated stereoscopic warehouse, multilayer shuttle car multi-dimensional operating system will gradually get attention. Multi-shuttle multidimensional Operating System is composed of cargo transported horizontally in multi-storey shelf multi-shuttle, vertical transport of cargo in the cargo elevator shelf ends, while achieving multi-shuttle layer change and change lane " multidimensional layer change machine "component, can significantly improve the efficiency of the warehouse out of storage operating system, robustness and flexibility.Firstly, through the analysis of multi-shuttle operation mode, designed to meet the multi-shuttle operation mode of the multi-dimensional scheduling system. In this paper, the multi-dimensional operating system whether the shuttle is based on cross-layer multilayer shuttle, divided into four inter-row operation mode of operation:each a shuttle mode of operation does not cross-layer job; do not cross-layer cross-ranked jobs multilayer sharing multiple shuttle operation mode; do not cross-layer cross-ranked job sharing multiple rows of shuttle operation mode; across rows and rows of cross-layer multilayer job sharing multiple shuttle operation mode.Secondly, through multi-shuttle workflow analysis, according to multi-shuttle task library job movement and transfer times, to establish a warehousing operations task under different operating modes of the shortest time to complete the model. Namely the following four research scheduling mode:First:each one multi-shuttle scheduling mode (scheduling Z direction); second:multi-share multiple shuttle scheduling mode (scheduling Y direction and Z direction Ⅱ dimension); third:more than one row of shared shuttle scheduling mode (scheduling X direction and Y direction); fourth:multi-row, multi-share multiple shuttle scheduling mode (X direction, Y direction and Z directions three-dimensional scheduling). Respectively to form multi-shuttle two-dimensional intelligent dynamic scheduling model, and multi-shuttle 3 D intelligent dynamic scheduling model.Finally, the simulation of the model through MATLAB, realize the simulation of four kinds of models. Through the simulation results conclude that loading and unloading, in the same under the classification of random storage strategy, three-dimensional scheduling efficiency is highest. Enterprise can choose according to their own warehouse type targeted operation mode, more can effectively ensure the loading and unloading efficiency of the enterprise.
