Modern enterprise in science and technology revolution further with the process of economic globalization, both domestic market and foreign market competition pressure. An enterprise to be in an impregnable position in the competition, the focus should not be only on the physical capital, should be more on the enterprise’s human capital and social capital. Social capital within the enterprise is the driving force of enterprise development, help enterprise internal members in a shorter period of time for scarce resources and information. Therefore, pay attention to the use of social capital within the enterprise, helps to improve enterprise cohesion and combat effectiveness, promote the comprehensive development of the enterprise.In recent years, the enterprise internal social capital by many scholars in the field of interest, but most of the research focuses on the concept and connotation of social capital within the enterprise and its competitive advantage, the management of the enterprise performance important influence on the research of neglected the research on the influence of the individual members within the enterprise. In fact, is derived from the social capital within the enterprise is to create the enterprise staff psychological environment, behavior, social situation, further lead to the change of employee job performance results. Therefore, in this paper, the internal social capital, the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance are discussed in this paper, hope to work for the enterprise management, to provide the certain reference significance.In this paper, based on the theory of human resource management, enterprise management, draw lessons from the mature social capital within the enterprise, employee satisfaction and job performance scale, in the form of questionnaires, and use the SPSS22.0 valid samples collected data with statistics software has carried on the empirical analysis, discusses the internal social capital, the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance, this article research conclusion summed up as follows:Different individual attributes of employees have a significant difference in Social capital within the enterprise,job satisfaction and job performance.Social capital within the enterprise has shown a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.The dimensions of Social capital within the enterprise has shown a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction.Job satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation with job performance.Job satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation with task performance.Job satisfaction has shown a significant positive correlation with contextual performance.Social capital within the enterprise has shown a significant positive correlation with job performance.The dimensions of Social capital within the enterprise has shown a significant positive correlation with job performance.In view of the research results, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures to improve the enterprise staff’s work performance, so as to achieve better management effect and higher efficiency of management, promote enterprise competitive advantage.
