Along with the development of Vietnam’s economy, the living quality of Vietnamese is increasingly being improved. Demand for physical strengthening is constantly rising, which promotes the birth and rapid growth of the dairy industry. However, the overall of production capacity and consumer perception of the Vietnamese is still backward. The average consumption is relatively low. These conditions are not conducive to the development of dairy industry. So how to use knowledge of modern marketing to promote and improve competitiveness in the market of dairy companies? Targeting the above questions, this thesis has analyzed information as well as coordinated with the research methods in order to find the right solution for the problem. The object of this thesis was a joint stock Vietnam Vinamilk milk company. The main content is focusing on implementing marketing strategies to help companies grow faster and stronger through manipulation 4P theory. For enterprises, correctly applying the principles 4P in marketing theory is the foundation for their development of enterprises. Only when using the theory 4P as a premise, enterprises can develop quickly. This thesis take strategy and marketing implementation process of a joint stock Vinamilk company as research objects, described in detail and analysis on aspects such as:product, price, distribution channels and advertising and marketing. From then, it identifies and implements strategies, as well as states some suggestions for Vietnam milk enterprises. For businesses with similar forms, or foreign enterprises which wish to learn Vietnam’s dairy market, this thesis can become valuable document for reference, helped somewhat during the market research and development.
