Analysis On The Influence Of Foreign Direct Investment On The Industrial Structure Of Wanjiang City

A large body of research has shown that, the influence of FDI on economic growth significantly, and actively introducing FDI in host countries has produced huge influence on economic,technological,and foreign trade development.With further accelerate the process of economic globalization, China’s provincial FDI has grows quickly. Considering the current global economic environment, Jiangxi is not only faced with effective utilization of foreign direct investment to enhance the level of its industrial structure, while also facing new challenges.Paper first reviews some scholar’s at home and abroad theoretical study of cross-border direct investment, and thus the evolution of the industrial structure as well as to the general rules on foreign direct investment into the industry structure upgrading mechanism to do more in-depth analysis. Through the megalopolis along Yangtze River in Anhui province Foreign direct investment and industrial structure statistical analysis of historical data, and then build models through Spatial Lag Panel Data Model, industry structure in megalopolis along Yangtze River in Anhui province on the impact of FDI on the empirical analysis. The results show that foreign direct investment in the secondary industry increased the proportion of GDP,and it also increased the proportion of tertiary industry, so FDI does promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, megalopolis along Yangtze River in Anhui province.Through empirical results, the introduction of foreign capital of Anhui province occurred during the analysis of the problems, according to the actual situation in Anhui Province, in combination with other provinces of the historical experience of using foreign capital, on how to promote the efficient use of foreign capital to make some upgrading of industrial structure, Anhui Province rationalization proposals.
