With the development of China, a growing number of Chinese citizens participate in the international communication in various ways, and more and more foreign citizens know about China, so it is imperative to shape a good national image by various means. Enterprises, as one of the main body of Chinese public diplomacy,in the era of economic globalization, are playing an increasingly important and irreplaceable role in shaping our country’s image.This article is divided into three parts, the first part is the introduction, which introducing the reason about selected topic, research status on public diplomacy and national image and the significance of topic, research methods and so on. The third part is the conclusion, mainly a prospect for the future research direction. The second part is the main body.The second part is the main part of this article, includes four chapters. First of all,the first chapter introduces the relationship between the enterprise public diplomacy and national image. Shaping the national image is the first task of enterprise public diplomacy, and the good image of the country not only can help enterprises to create a good atmosphere, but also can bring economic benefits to the enterprise. Besides,under the background of ‘One Belt and One Road’, more Chinese enterprises participate in the construction of ‘One Belt and One Road’. There are so many ways to shape the national image, but for the enterprise, improving the quality of enterprise products and services and the way to fulfill its social responsibility are two main ways.Because of quality of service and product are first impression of Chinese enterprises and China. Therefore, we have to strictly improve the quality to establish a good first impression. In additional, our enterprise has to show sharing and win-win cooperation image through fulfill its social responsibility, which is also what China wants to show to the world.The second chapter shows the cases of China railway construction co., LTD. The part respectively introduces how the China railway construction shape good national image by showing wonderful engineering quality and fulfilling social responsibility.Then the part sums up the China railway construction as the Chinese outstanding "going out" enterprises, in the practice of public diplomacy to shape a good enterprise image process has its own uniqueness. It is not plain sailing to shaping national imagefor Enterprise public diplomacy, and there are many problems and obstacles, besides these problems are common. the third chapter analyzed problems and its reasons about the enterprise public diplomacy in the process of national image. The fourth chapter is some suggestions. I hope to help enterprises to better shape the national image by conducting public diplomacy. First of all, we can improve enterprise’s public diplomacy consciousness and legal consciousness and strengthen government guide;Second, we need to respect the culture of the host country enterprise and seek common ground while putting aside differences to actively promote the cultural integration; And then to fulfill the social responsibility actively, advocating the concept of win-win cooperation; Finally to deal with problems of public opinion,strengthen cooperation with local media, local media say China story.
