Study On The Factors Influencing Grain Productive Potential Based On Multi - Scale Perspective And The Countermeasures

China is a big agricultural country, agriculture occupies an important place in our country’s modernization construction and social production. Food as a material basis for the development of our national economy, the food security issue is a major issue that relating to China’s economic security and people’s livelihood, the primary measures of protecting the food security is to protect the major grain producing areas. Heilongjiang province is a large agricultural province in China, it is not only the important commodity grain base but also the major grain producing areas in our country, it have made outstanding contributions for the protection of national food security.Heilongjiang Province occupies an important position in our food safety system, therefore, studying the affecting factors of food production and proposing the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions has practical significance and function. It is except to promote the development of grain production in Heilongjiang Province and ensure the national food security.On the basis of reviewing the domestic and international research, for exploring the response mechanism and spatio-temporal variability of impact of climate and social economic factors on potential grain productivity, and to clear the influence of the grain production potential and the restricting factors, taking the central Heilongjiang Province as a case study, making the research on the climate and soil data, social and economic data and household survey data, by using the method of combining macroscopic and microcosmic angles, we studied and analyzed the factors which affecting the food production potential.And on this basis, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.1,Taking the central Heilongjiang Province as a case study, with the support of geographic information system (GIS), we combined the Gradual decay of crop productivity modeling and GRID modeling which is based on the analysis of ArcGIS to estimate grain production potential in early 1980s and early 2000s century. And on this basis, analyzed the spatial and temporal characteristics on different levels of production potential; At the same time, discussed the effects of climate and social economic factors on production potential.2, Using rural household survey data in Binxian County, using Logistic regression model structured the mechanism model of food production, which were impacted by natural factors and social economic factors. Besides, analysis the influence of various factors on the production potential from the microscopic point of view.3, From the macro scale and micro scale, the impact mechanism of natural factors and social economic factors on the production potential is discovered, and the similarities and differences between them are analyzed. At the same time,we summarized the defects of various analysis methods potential impact factors and discovered the gap with the reality productive potential, improved production potential analysis method. And through two kinds of scale perspective, we researched the influence factors of production potential, analyzed the results. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the food production potential.
