Now there are no relevant laws and regulations to regulate the virtual platform like the Internet financial platform.In this article, I screen out six index that can reflect operation performance of the Internet financial platform based on the existing documents and “The principle of three”,then I refer to the data analysis model of the Internet rating platform and the operational data of mainstream P2 P platform, finally get the FSI(Financial Security Index),which is a reflection of the security level of P2 P platform, and then I use it to analyze the high market share P2 P platform.The study concluded that: the overall level of growth in 2014, P2 P platform exposure failed to appear. In the current economic development speed down situation, the risk P2 P platform highlights and the urgent need of regulators issued the relevant policy related rectification and risk control.
