| The agricultural science and technology park is a form of modern agricultural production supported by high and new technologies, implemented with corporate operation and management and guided by scale operation and market operation.Currently, as prosperous development of China’s agricultural economy, the agricultural science and technology park has gradually developed into a new form of modern agriculture combining scientific research and agricultural production and become an important carrier for promoting agriculture technology development in China. The rising of the agricultural science and technology park since 1990 s has significantly promoted the process of agricultural modernization in China. So far,there are many featured modern agricultural science and technology parks with industry scale in China. With reference to the relevant results of domestic agricultural science and technology park development and the experience of other parks, by taking green agriculture science and technology park in Zhangbei county as study object, and site investigation, and in combination with corporate strategic management ideas, this paper is to analyze the exterior environment of the park and the industry competition environment and identify the exterior advantages and threats of competition for the park, to prepare the planning ideas and layout for future development and propose the business mode and key development by combining current development of the park and finally to summarize the guarantee measures and operating mechanism for park development and planning and analyze the feasibility of this plan. This paper describes development planning for the part from three aspects, including the spatial environment layout planning, industry development planning and operating guarantee mechanism and provides certain reference for saving resources, promoting local agriculture development and implementing scientific outlook on development. |
