Research On The Construction Of YC Oil Open Technology Innovation Management System

In this research, I have made a deep research on the open technology innovation of the enterprise based on the network platform, and make the main research contents as follows:(1) This research puts forward the plug-in technology innovation resource based on the software industry.Through the plug-in technology innovation resource, the technology innovation resource can be completed independently bring about the standardization and technology innovation resources "plug and play" function, and improve the level of technology innovation resources.(2) This paper discusses the process of open innovation of the enterprises and puts forward the modularization of the technological innovation process through the experience in manufacturing industry. Through reasonable decomposition and modularization of the shaanxi YC petroleum(group)co.ltd technology innovation process, the process is independent of each other and makes foundation for independence create and synergy innovation in the different main body(3) This research is based on the rapid development of information technology and the continuous progress of the Internet technology. It discusses the construction and management of the technology innovation platform in the shaanxi YC petroleum(group)co.ltd open technology innovation system. In order to improve the technological innovation level and enhance the technological innovation ability of YC petroleum, we can go through the platform of unified management technology innovation resources and collaborative technology innovation process to supervise and control.(4) This study discusses the guarantee of YC open innovation, including the strategic guarantee, organization guarantee, financial support, human resources and enterprise culture protection.
