How YK company survive and develop in complex environment and violent competition of market have been a very significant problem.Based on the reseach for strategic management theories and current management practices of international and domestic investment and financing platform,the paper undertake PEST analysis tool、michael porter’s five forces model、the value-chain theory and the SWOT core competence theory to analyze the external environment、the industry environment、the inner resources and benefit-relating person of YK company, finding the company’s problem and shortness、strength and weakness as well as analyzing the opportunity and challenge,and then make the own target of strategic development.By analyzing enterprise strategy, YK company chooses the implement of development strategy.by means of analyzing and comparing three kinds of development strategy:intensive strategy、integrated strategy and diversified strategy, YK company finally confirms to adopt the strategy of market development and diversified developemnt strategy.At last, the implement of YK company’s development strategy is told about the change of enterprise culture、improvement of ernterprise organization structure、the enhancement of enterprise human resource、group managing and controling, operation development plan and financing development plan etc. and a lot of positive proposals are given.the research will also offer a lot of suggestions about the development of strategic management for china’s state-owned investment holding corporations. |
