We are in an Internet information age, is also a frequent enterprise crisis era. Company created a succession of enterprises with the collapse of full business news reported. China’s small and medium-sized enterprise the average life expectancy of only 2.5 years, group enterprises is the average life expectancy is only 7-8 years. Enterprise life cycle is short, there are many reasons for the scale to be broken through hard, but the core problem is the lack of a leader can guide enterprises built to last. Both startups and mature companies, how to manage, motivate employees to maximize the potential is the enterprise boss worthy of further research topics.At the beginning of the 21 st century, people will be regarded as the important signs of The Times, emphasize the importance of talent initiative. After ten years of precipitation, the general management practitioners awakening: Talent is important, talents with high performance of the output is Paramount. So, try to lead people play their ability even dig more potential has become the company operators and managers eager attention subject.In August 2015, N group acquired the SRD leading technology company B, set up N company. In this paper, pen, N company during the acquisition at the beginning of the transformation period, the company development direction is unknown, management confusion, sales performance and less cash flow of the company, the human cost burden, incentive mechanism is imperfect, divided, the overall lack of morale, company desperately needs to find new management ideas, to motivate staff morale, motivate employees to go all out, to work out with the company.In this article, through in-depth study of transformational leadership theory and action research at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of our company, effective incentive measures are put forward, in order to change the employee morale is not enough, after the merger of a divided reality problem.
