Under the new normal economy background, the enterprises are more anxious of the needs of high quality personnel. The scientific recruitment model which based on the competency model could go through the establishment of the corresponding evaluation system, it could be more scientific and accurate assessment of the corresponding recruits, so that enterprises can improve and optimize the recruitment efficiency and effect. In this paper, through the careful analysis of the recruitment of marketing personnel in J Media Company, we try to find out the defects of the traditional methods. By refining the competency elements of the competency model of J media company’s marketing staffs are established, the recruitment system based on the competency model of J Media Company is constructed. Through the previous recruitment process control and effect evaluation to provide a solution, it also provides a reference and recommendations for the similar enterprises to solve the similar problems.
