Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Industrial Sustainable Development In Shandong Province

With significant economic growth, a series of ecological and social problems such as envi ronmental pollution, resource shortages, people unemployed emerge. The contradiction between man and nature become increasingly sharp, the sustainable development of the economy have got the wide attention of the society. Traditional methods such as factor analysis method, anal ytic hierarchy process analyze affairs by the establishment of index system, DEA method is su itable for evaluating the efficiency of multiple-input and multiple-output production unit which can also evaluate and analyze the industry sustainable development effectiveness on Shandong.We estimate resource efficiency, environmental efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency of 17 cities using DEA model from the concept of ecological efficiency in this article.Secon dly, we analyze the effectiveness of the environmental protection measures of industrial sustain able development in 17 cities of our province based on output-DEA. The results show that the resources city’s environmental protection measures is effective, and the coastal city of environ mental protection measures do not reach the designated position. And further shows good envi ronmental protection measures can promote the economic output. Therefore, keeping protection measures and ecological environment coordinate is imperative by energy conservation and emi ssions reduction. We analysis the effectiveness of total factor productivity using C-D DEA mo del basing on real and effective data of 17 cities in Shandong province.In the end, this paper argues that the factors influencing sustainable development of industry of Shandong province li e in the extensive economical growth way, the lack of social production system, the regional differences in the consumption structure, etc. The article finally give improvement measures in cluding optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the improvement of consumption str ucture, the development of the incentive system, promoting the sustainable and efficient develo pment of Shandong.Results further show that the coastal city has a better efficiency of resources and resource s efficiency of resources city is not high. Still environmental efficiency of a coastal city is su perior to the inland city although which is falling in the province. The comprehensive ecologi cal efficiency is in the benign development. It shows that the efficiency of resource is superio r to the environment efficiency by comparison. we can see the weak link of every city by co mparing optimal factor combination and the actual elements combination. It provides a powerf ul reference for regional industrial elements ratio and production innovation.
