Study On The Reconstruction Of Yuantong Village In Qingcun Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai

In the Sixteen Fifth Plenary Session, the Communist Party of China put forward the new socialist countryside construction goal of "Developed production, well-off life, civilized local customs, clean village appearance, democratic administration ". In the Eighteen Session report, the Party referred to promote the integration of urban and rural development, increase the intensity of urban and rural development and enhance the vitality of rural development. In investment demand, we need to speed up the construction of small and medium-sized city in small towns, and the new socialist countryside, especially to strengthen rural infrastructure construction, increase investment in rural education, transportation, power and water conservancy construction and gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural and enhance urban and rural mutual prosperity. It drew up a grand blueprint for a new socialist countryside which emphasizes the importance and urgency of rural construction.The transformation of villages is an important content of the socialism new rural construction. Through the transformation, it changes the appearance of villages, improves the rural environment infrastructure, and optimizes rural industry structure, improving the quality of life, to ensure that farmers live and work in peace in the beautiful environment, realizing the goal of having clean and tidy village, complete realization basis and a stable life for farmers.Based on the early results of the investigation on village transformation of Yuantong village, Qingcun Town, Fengxian District, this article analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the village reconstruction, focused on the problems and reform practice experience of Yuantong village, Qingcun Town, including the preparatory work of villages transformation to ensure the premise of villages, the leading role of village cadres in the whole process and the active participation of farmers which are the key to the progress of the transformation of the village.Problems also exist in the transformation of villages, such as lack of reasonable industrial layout, supporting facilities and long-term management mechanism after transformation. This article put forward my own proposals, including combining the actual village conditions, scientific research, reasonable layout, take advantage of opportunities, planning once and implementing step-by-step, embracing district advantage, make reasonable industrial structure, to improve the income of the farmers, increase the village collective income by broadening the channels, while preparing for the future to further promote the implementation of the pilot village villages and small towns.
