Enterprise’s development inevitably has experienced a variety of choices, choose what kind of development idea with each stage of the enterprise growth. With the constant improvement of market economy in our country and the world economic integration accelerating, China’s enterprises especially the small and medium-sized enterprise is facing more and more complex competitive environment, the development and survival of under great pressure. Therefore, the use of strategic alliance to make up for their strategic gap in the development process is a good choice.In this paper, we study the DLYK company is given priority to with security front end products manufacturing and sales of small and medium-sized enterprises, there is a shortage of funds, lack of talents, products, such as single difficult. Application technology as the industry constantly move forward only with large system in a certain part of the product manufacturing as its core business, already can not adapt to the industry development and market demand, thus making DLYK companies are facing severe external challenges and internal market competition the dual pressure of losing steam. Strategic alliance becomes the effective tool for the make up for the strategic gap.Firstly, combined with enterprise ecosystem theory, using both sides of the market model principle, the DLYK companies need to establish a kind of eco-system to meet the requirements of enterprise development; further in describing the company history and industry status quo, based on the SWOT analysis method was the company has established strategic alliances DLYK motivation; and again analyze the implementation of the whole process of coalition building, and in the process of running a successful strategic alliances indicate its influencing factors; pointed out that the coalition building problems and solutions to problems. Finally, the paper concludes with case studies that running a successful strategic alliance factors include: matching alliance partners, alliance partners, cultural synergy, the leader of coalition partners to communicate alliance agreement, trust mechanism between the coalition partners and alliances members to establish regulatory mechanisms such as the six elements.and around the six main factors to evaluate strategic alliance partners, choosing strategic alliance partners can significantly enhance the stability of strategic alliance, contribute to the continued success of alliance, for our country small and medium-sized enterprises to select strategic alliance provides the most effective tools for enterprise development train of thought and using for reference.
