Research On Enterprise Bidding Management

Invitation to tender, bid and auction, is an important method to arrange and obtain Projects, cargos and services, which has a long history in China and has been widely applied all over the world.Because of invitation to bid due to function, means of bid invitation and bid evaluation under the traditional procurement approaches are not suitable for contractor selection for EPC projects. This paper is to explore the existing problems and the operation mode of bidding management of an enterprise EPC, on construction and Study on bidding management of EPC in the enterprises, improving enterprise efficiency of bidding management.This paper draws on research at home and abroad, by collecting and reading data, and provides basic data for the research of this thesis. Based on the analysis of research status survey, to construct the main ideas and research context research problem. In the course of the study, the use of related theory as a research tool, the analysis of the basic theory and empirical combination, to study the bidding management EPC.This paper firstly introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, and then reviews the tender management theory. Mainly related to the content of the existing problems and causes, the EPC general contract bidding mode and bidding management system of enterprise A, combined with the latest research and practice of EPC project bidding field, dynamic research, the specific characteristics of game theory, incentive theory of management and EPC project bidding combination, theoretical analysis and reasoning the Research of EPC, project bidding management in A enterprises. In this paper, the bidding management process of enterprise A is optimized, and the management mode of improvement measures, so as to how to strengthen procurement management, control costs, improve quality, enhance competitiveness and gives some feasible suggestions and comments.EPC rich EPC tender bidding management system construction, constrained bidding behavior, standardize the bidding market, to reduce the cost of bidding management, conservation of limited resources, improve the efficiency of resource allocation of the enterprise, better economic, social benefits of bidding system, has important theoretical and practical application value, providing a relatively new perspective and research method for the study of the bidding management of EPC in china.
