Study of agricultural product network marketing is under the background of agricultural modernization, based on the rapid development of the Internet and the present situation of the traditional agricultural products marketing costs, we will be marketing of agricultural products and the integration of Internet technology, which will provide more opportunities and challenges for China’s agricultural products market.In this paper, based on the basis of network marketing theory and combined with related discipline knowledge was carried out on the day the cat platform of agricultural products marketing analysis. Based on the connotation of the network marketing of agricultural products, the pattern, the existing problems and optimization scheme for comprehensive and in-depth research, thus improving for the perfection of the valley "multiplier" more theoretical guidance, in order to make our country agricultural product market with network marketing as an opportunity to obtain the structure of the optimization, the increase in the cost savings and benefits.First of all, this paper illustrates the basic theory of network marketing of agricultural products and introduces the current situation of our country agricultural product network marketing, and the main problems and difficulties. Secondly to STOW valley "multiplier" model analysis and analysis of its marketing strategy. Finally using the theory of economics to agricultural product network marketing is divided into four parts production, distribution, trade and consumption optimization way.
