Feasibility Study On Seabuckthorn Processing Project Of CLS Company

In this paper, we conduct a feasibility study on CLS company’s Seabuckthom fruit deep processing projects, the purpose is to provide a investment reference for CLS company, and some other fruit drinks related investment projects.Introduction part of the article proposed research background and significance, the progress of feasibility studies in domestic and foreign, the ideas and framework for this study; In the first chapter, we sort out the theories relevant to project management, the role and contents of feasibility study. Chapter second to sixth is the main part of this article. In second chapter, we introduced the basic situation of CLS Company, the premise of the project construction and project plan; In third chapter, we demonstrate projects’market feasibility of juice, vinegar, wine products. In forth chapter, we assessed the feasibility in technical solutions, equipment solutions, engineering solutions. In fifth chapter, the investment estimation was conducted, and by using dynamic and static indicators, the financial position of the project was evaluated. In sixth chapter, we analyzed the risk of market, technology, management, and proposed the strategy accordingly.The contents and conclusions were summarized in the last part. The project is feasible in views of market, technical, and economic. Moreover, the social benefit of this project is significant.
