| With the development and innovation of the usage and R&D of the energy, the newly clean and high effective energies such as solar energy, wind energy and nuclear energy are becoming the mainly used energies of human kind. Among which, solar energy proves to boast a much broader episode and market with its advantages in adversity and technologies. The developed countries such as European and America have already made their plans on the nuclear strategy and promoted the researching application of the PVs, which fosters a rapid development of the PVs. However, under the shadow of the subprime crises and the European debt crises, the eastern countries are reducing their subsidiaries on their domestic PVs enterprises, followed which was the shrink of the world PV market. In the USA, there were three PVs enterprises announces bankruptcy; on the contrary, in China, within the drive of the new industry development plan, the new industries including the PVs has shown an exploding increase and has surpassed the eastern countries in the market shares, which caused a great pressure on the American government since Obama has always stressed the clean energy technology as the key to prosper. In October 19th,2001, aliening with another 6 producers, Solar World lodged a complaint on china’s 75 PVs importing companies. This thesis firstly introduces all the existing problems and status quo and analyzes from each procedure of the PVs industrial chain to find all the disadvantages and deficiencies of china’s PVs industry. Secondly, this thesis tries to find all the reasons which cause the antidumping of the PVs. Thirdly, it discusses all the influences of the antidumping action on both the eastern countries and china. Lastly, countering on ail the disadvantages of china’PVs and the reasons of being anti-dumped, this thesis proposes all the measures to handle this crisis on three aspects:the government, the industry and the enterprise itself to enforce the ability of resisting the market risks. |
