Research On The Relationship Between Social Responsibility And Financial Performance Of Electro - Thermal Enterprises

As an essential part of the world’s economy, companies has created innovative production patterns, improved production efficiency and accumulated huge amount of fortune. However, this process also had risks that are severer under the background of globalization. These risks can be presented like pollution, financial fraud, food safety,etc. Companies neglect the balance between social responsibility and financial performance, which attracts more attention recently.This paper consists 5 parts: the introduction and four chapters. Firstly, the introduction part traces back to the 20 th century and reorganizes the arguments and results of the relationship between CSR and CFP. This part also introduces the background, importance, research thoughts, method and shortcomings of this paper.Secondly, the first chapter organizes the relevant theories. Thirdly, the second chapter analyzes the current situation of the industry. Fourthly, the third chapter is about empirical analysis that explores the mutual relationship in current period and multi-period. At last, the fourth chapter is a conclusion of the whole paper.
