Study On The Russian Special Economic Zones

Special Economic Zones(SEZ) is an important way for any country or area to attract the foreign investment, stimulate the market, promote its competitiveness, and is widely recognized by international society, and exists in many kinds of forms. As one of the“Brics”,the Russian Fedaration tries its best to find good ways to establish the SEZ. In this way, Russia could promote its economic and economic recovery.First of all, this article introduces the orginal and development of SEZ, the classification of SEZ, and concludes the development experience of SEZ of India, Latin America, Japan and Ireland, and special concludes Chinese development experience of SEZ. Furthermore, the paper overall compares the SEZ between China and Russia in the way and aim of establishment, the classification and scale of SEZ, way of management, selection of location, challenges. Moreover, the author analysises the future development of Russian SEZ, including many aspects, such as providing some preferential treatment, using some new methods to develop Russian SEZ, finding some new models of SEZ development. Therefore, the author hopes to help the establishment and development of Russian SEZ by this paper.
