This article mainly studies wine stock investment in mainland as the research object. Through researching international and domestic development of wine in recent years and the status of wine investment in mainland, this article puts forward that it is worthwhile to conduct wine investment in mainland. This article later points out, however, from a common investor’s view, that the investor who invests wine will face challenges and risk rising from choice of product, purchase road, storage conditions and liquidity risk and so on. Then this article demonstrates the investment methods in detail, which is very helpful to those who conduct wine stock investment.During the course of demonstrating the detailed investment method, this article emphasizes on the wine electric trade accompanying with the development of wine and spread of wine in mainland. The electric trade is a successful method which can deal with the problems and risks in terms of purchase road, storage conditions and liquidity risk. At the same time, this article points out the limited conditions for electric trade, and those are price continuity and activity of trade.
