Qitaihe Telecom branch is a subsidiary company of China Telecom Global Limited. AS a follower and a challenger in local communication market, Qitaihe Telecom also facing the pressure from economic downturn, telecom business development is facing great pressure. In order to stabilize and expand the user scale, enhance the income share, keep the competition power, Qitaihe Telecom must optimize and adjust the necessary to the original marketing strategy.By analyzing the development trend of the telecom market, the market environment and the status of Qitaihe telecom marketing, using marketing theory, this paper tries to find out the currently marketing problems of Qitaihe Telecom.From the basic elements of marketing combination,such as product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy,this paper presents marketing strategy optimization recommendations apply to Qitaihe Telecom, as well as this paper explores the strategy of WeChat marketing, experience marketing, high dataprecision marketing and other hot issues.At the same time,from the mechanism innovation,information system support etc. the paper summarizes the safeguards to ensure implementation of the marketing strategy.
