The current remote diagnosis systems have some shortage. The doctor can not check patients directly by remote diagnosis system. There are some differences between different doctors when they describe the patient's medical records and positive physiological symptom. The remote diagnosis system can only work at the remote center rather than bedside at the ward.This work is the upgrade of current remote diagnosis systems by combining internet, virtual reality and remote diagnosis upgrading technology. This work discusses the objectivity of information which obtained from looking and listening diagnosis in remote diagnosis. It can overcome the shortage that the specialist can not check patients directly by remote diagnosis system and improve the diagnosis rate. This work also discusses the possibility of bedside remote diagnosis system.This study discussed the design and realization of movable remote diagnosis system, discussed the method of checking patients directly by remote diagnosis system and realized the remote heart sound, respiration sound and pulse diagnosis.The video and audio system in the remote diagnosis system is based on the Seegle video meeting system. The remote heart sound, respiration sound and pulse diagnosis system are based on the signal sampling, transmitting, playing and displaying system designed by ourselves. The physiological signals are sampled by the signal sampling system. It includes sensors, signal conditioning module (amplifier, pre-process module), data acquisition card and computer. The heart sound is obtained by HKY-06B1K5 heart sound sensor made by Hefei Huake company. The respiration sound is obtained by respiration sound sensor designed and made by ourselves. The pulse signal is obtained by HK2000B pulse sensor made by Hefei Huake company. The signal is sampled by NI USB– 6210 data acquisition card and sent into computer. The software is programmed by LabWindows/CVI of National Instruments company. The software system includes data sampling module, real-time display module, real-time play module and real-time transmission module. The system realized real-time data sampling, real-time display, real-time play, real-time remote transmission, real-time remote display and real-time remote play for heart sound, respiration sound and pulse. Doctors can check remote patients directly by this system. This system was used by clinical and gained good results. It achieved all the design goals.
