University Educational Management Information System Design And Implementation

With development of information technology in the field of university affairs, computer information management greatly promotes the rapid development of student management work.Improving work mode and veracity become a necessary require of the new posture.Neither actual simple computer management nor traditional handwork management can meet the needs of student management information. Therefore, adopting modern information technology in student management work can greatly improve its efficiency.It is also valuable for the quality construct of education and improving student management diathesis.With the rapid development and applications of the Internet technology, the exploitation of Web-based management information systems has become a growing trend and a mainstream. On the basis of the study and analysis of the web service models, the thesis advances the implementation of technical measures of student management through the utilization of the web service. The author elaborates on implication of the credit system, the main pattern in the student management and then discusses the inevitable tendency to the computerized student management. After comparing the features of different frameworks, based on the years of software developments, the author puts forward the design and the implementing scheme.With the knowledge of MIS, UML modeling and computer network, this paper analyzes the requirement, designs the function module, and introduces the selective technique scheme for realizing the system.And we emphasize on the key techniques in the system.Applying object orientated programming method as design principle in the system, we realize the information management system with ASP.NET development framework and SQL Server 2000 database management system. Finally, considering the problems in system design and debug period, we indicate some aspects that need to be improved, and give some experience in system design.
