With the popularity of digital devices, digital pictures become more and more important in people's daily life, manufacture and scientific research. Due to the mechanical and electrical characteristics of digital devices, and the development of transmission by network and other ways, the impact of noise, such as Gaussian noise and Impulse noise, has became increasingly common for digital pictures. They have serious effects on the quality of digital pictures: the noises affect people's sense and also make some important information cannot feedback to users clearly and accurately, which may cause wrong judgment and unnecessary losses.This thesis implement a digital image Gaussian noise and Impulse noise process system which contains various kinds of filtering methods, and additional tools for studying nosie. At the same time studying the ways to remove Gaussian noise, Impulse noise and Gaussian & Impulse mixture noise by reviewing theories and experiments based on the mechanism and characteristics of the noise.Using digital image Gaussian noise and Impulse noise process system can easily processing noise, and it can also add different intensity of Gaussian or Impulse noise to simulate the actual situation .When processing noise it also output processing time and other data for user to find the most appropriate method.
