The data is the lifeblood of business. A variety of natural disasters and emergencies are likely to lead to the paralysis of enterprise information systems and even catastrophic consequences for the company, which are highly dependent on information or information intensive. Therefore, how to minimize the negative impact of the disaster to the enterprise, to ensure the continuity of business operations and the reliability of the data is an important issue. Moreover, as information technology continues to develop, database in miniature unable to meet the needs of growing business and data, which come from the enterprise and the government departments. With the powerful capabilities, outstanding stability and high security of the Oracle database, an increasing number of enterprise choose use it. Therefore, the research of Oracle Database disaster recovery has a very important practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of the establishment and maintainment for the Oracle Database Standby Backup project that applied in the application of the Guodun Seal Data Information Management System, firstly, studied the UDT protocal of hige-performance and large-scale data transprot, which break the bottlenneck of data transmission. After a through grasp of the congestion control algorithms, software architecture, API call interface and other knowledge about UDT protocal, author make a DLL encapsulation for UDT protocal to transplant the programming environment from C++ to C#. Then , based on a detailed studying and carrying out of the Oracle Data Warehouse Change Data Capture technology, Effective Oracle by Design, Oracle Pro*C/C++ programming and Software design pattern, author independently design and develop a set of DLL package that use to implement the Oracle DML, DDL statements as well as to establish the Change Data Capture environment. Thus the DLL package can make the access to Oracle Database simple and efficient, as well as automatically establish the CDC environment after inputing the required necessary information. Finally, with the C# programming platform using C/S framework, multi-threaded pattern, author designed and develop a remote backup software for Oracle Database that enables asynchronous remote Oracle Database backup, as well as improving the production efficiency and reducing the maintenance costs.The results of the subject has some reference and practical value to the Oracl Database backup system applied in the information system of the minitype and medium enterprises.
