Collaborative Design And Development, Prototype Based On Multiple Constraints

With the development of electronic devices, semiconductor chip manufacturing process and integrated circuit manufacturing technology, Mobile Devices'features tends to more rich and humane, and the volume tends to miniaturization. Consumers look forward to electronic devices on the structure and function becoming increasingly individualized. With the popularity of portable electronic products and progress of consumption idea, product replacement, design and manufacturing processes begin to speed up. Therefore the process of design and research of product has been put forward a claim on rapidity, flexibility.Communication security is an important direction of communication development. As portable communication products are extensively used in different environments, the privacy of communication is very important. Therefore, the transformation of privacy based on the existent design is very important.Portable communication equipment is one kind of typical mechanical and electrical equipment, which includes the overall composition of the whole body parts, moving parts, electronic components, circuit boards and RF components, etc. The designing process should comply with ergonomics and electromagnetic compatibility. Therefore, the designing process of portable communication devices is a multi-constrained designing process, and the occasion on behalf of portable communications products based on product replacement and improvements to the original designing, based on existing equipment design is a new design process that will have more demand on the constraints of size and structure. The design process on the size and structure require the design based on prototype and assembly testing parts, so the design process of portable electronic devices is a multi-constrained the design process.By adding a module with privacy feature in communications equipment in the original has been put forward new demands on the mechanical structure of the original equipment, battery power, power management, electromagnetic compatibility, thermal and other control procedures. And it needs to replace structural design, power circuit design and related software designed to improve the original equipment that do not have privacy features.In this paper, we studied on the direction of such research with a kind of portable communication products, in-depth analysis of the original design of hardware, software and structural features, and added a new module with the privacy, and we advanced a new design on integration of features and appearance to achieve a new communications product requirement.
